The weekend residential life coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating services for the residents in the Elijah Rising Restorative Care Program. Duties include assisting with household tasks and activities, meal preparation, and forming relationships with residents. Advising and reporting to full-time staff any significant conversations or incidents; good communication skills are key.

The residential life coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating services for the residents in the Elijah Rising Restorative Care Program. Duties include assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, transportation, forming relationships with residents, and documenting resident groups, activities, and appointments on a daily basis. The residential life coordinator plays a key role in the residents’ lives as they are a constant, stable presence and therefore must be a role model and a good listener. Good communication skills are key.

The residential life manager is an on-site, live in position that is responsible for enacting the Elijah Rising Restoration Care program on a daily basis. This means assisting the Program Director in the planning, implementing, monitoring, advocating, and coordinating of the direct care of the residents, as well as modeling healthy communication and social interaction. Daily responsibilities include household management, establishing trust and relationships with residents, working to identify individual resident needs, maintaining documentation, tracking resident progress, supervising residential staff and volunteers, and advising Action Team.
