Working With Youth Survivors of Trafficking – Interview w/ Amber Sharp of Home of Hope – Ep. 54

A study done by the University of Texas at Austin states there are more than 300,000 victims of human trafficking in Texas, including almost 79,000 minors and youth victims of sex trafficking. In our experience of doing outreach and intervention we also come across teens being trafficked on the street and even in strip clubs. In this episode, we are shedding light on the vital need for minor restorative care homes. We interview Amber Sharp with Home of Hope to learn more about their safe home and the challenges they face in this work. We hope this podcast will help you learn more about what it takes to run a safe home for youth survivors of sex trafficking.
